The Rabbit Hole is an investigative research platform that aggregates publicly available information about political corruption, intelligence operations, financial fraud, and institutional cover-ups.
Our mission is simple: evidence over speculation. Every claim on this site is tagged with a credibility level and linked to primary source documents wherever possible. We believe that informed citizens are the foundation of accountability.
We do not editorialize. We do not fabricate. We present documents, court records, congressional testimony, FOIA releases, and credible investigative reporting — and let the evidence speak for itself.
Credibility System
Supported by court documents, official government records, declassified files, or confirmed by multiple independent authoritative sources. This is established fact.
Reported by credible investigative journalists with named sources, supported by documentary evidence, or confirmed by congressional investigations.
Claimed by credible sources but not independently verified. Single-source claims, whistleblower testimony not yet corroborated, or leaked documents not yet authenticated.
Theories based on circumstantial evidence, pattern analysis, or reasonable inference. Clearly labeled as theory, not fact.
Editorial Standards
- Never present speculation as fact
- Always link to primary sources where they exist
- Present multiple perspectives on contested claims
- Distinguish between “X is true” and “X was alleged/reported”
- Use precise language: “documents show” vs “some believe”
- Include counterarguments and official denials
- Date all information — contexts change
- Credit original journalists and investigators
- Do not editorialize — let documents speak
- If something is debunked, say so clearly and explain how
